
Communicative Thai Language Beginner 1
The Communicative Thai Language Beginner 1 of Intensive Thai Language Program places special emphasis for learners to communicate in Thai at a basic level. This course assumes no prior knowledge of the Thai language, and will start from the basic understanding of Thai pronunciation and intonations. The course will look at a variety of different areas related to everyday scenarios, which will encourage candidates to actively practice outside the classroom. The course will be carried out by a native Thai speaking instructor, with the medium language being carried out in English. This course is aimed at learners at a beginner level, and the course contents are designed to give confidence, and instill a basic understanding about the Thai language pronunciation. Although learners will not be able to actively communicate in great depth, they will be able to communicate basic information to any other speakers of Thai.
Communicative Thai Language Beginner 2
The Communicative Thai Language Beginner 2 aims to build upon the solid foundation from the beginner level, and will look to further strengthen and develop fluency in both listening and speaking skills. In this course, you will continue to build up your vocabulary and skills in basic conversation Thai. You will gain skills and confidence in asking and answering questions, in addition you will begin to learn about aspects of Thai tradition and customs.
Our specially designed pre-intermediate course book looks at different scenarios which will allow foreigners to maintain a conversation, both within social and formal situations. Together with Communicative Beginner Thai 1, this course prepares you to be able to conduct a wide range of wide range of basic conversations.
Although this course does not focus on reading and writing skills, candidates will still be required to write short Thai sentences phonetically through in class exercises. By not practicing reading and writing skills, candidates will be able to concentrate on improving their core speaking skills. Unlike the previous program, this course has been designed to ensure that candidates will be able to engage in lengthy discussions with other speakers of Thai, this will be achieved through vocabulary building. In this course, candidates can be expected to learn a higher number of new words than the beginner’s course.
Entry Requirements:
There are no prerequisites for any of the Communicative Thai Language Program. Nonetheless, students who which to apply for Level 2 – 3 should have some Thai Language knowledge background, and that they should meet with our Thai teachers or Thai staff to determine their knowledge of Thai Language. If candidates are not sure which level to take, they are welcomed to visit our office in order to check out the textbook or take a free 1-hour observation in the class to make sure that the level is suitable for them.
In addition, since our courses are instructed in English, thus, candidates must be able to communicate in English at a native level (or near native level).
Lastly, because we believe that the best way to learn a language is to practice as much as you can, candidates should have the motivation, desire and open their minds to learn the Thai language and its culture as well as practicing what you learn both in the class and outside.
Tuition fees for every course is 5,000 Thai Baht including textbook, hand-outs, 1 notebook, 1 pen, and refreshments.

- May: 3rd -25th May, 2010
- June: 7th – 25th June, 2010
- July: 5th – 27th July, 2010
- August: 9th – 30th August, 2010
- September: 6th – 24th September, 2010
- October: 4th – 22nd October, 2010
- November: 8th – 26th November, 2010
- December: 1st – 23rd December, 2010
Course Schedule - All courses start and finish on th same date, the difference is schedule which is as follow:
- Communicative Thai Language Beginner 1: Morning Class 9.00 a.m. - 12.00 p.m.
- Communicative Thai Language Beginner 2: Afternoon Class 1.00 p.m. - 4.00 p.m.
